Steam Tables are used to serve food buffet style. They are similar to chafers, but contain sections that allow you to serve several varieties of food at once. The steam table is set-up to keep all the chafers the same temperature.

Beverage Dispensers are used to serve large quantities of cold drinks such as iced tea, lemonade and fruit punch. Beverage dispensers are constructed from either stainless steel or durable plastic and can keep beverages hot or cold for up to four hours.
Dinnerware includes everything you need to serve food at a catered event. This includes dinner, salad, and dessert plates, as well as coffee and tea cups and saucers. Typically, catering dinnerware is constructed from china or melamine (non-breakable plastic). You can also find disposable catering dinnerware; however, it is usually more expensive than renting reusable.
Flatware includes the utensils required to eat the catered food. This includes salad and dinner forks, butter and steak knives, soup and beverage spoons, etc. Most catering flatware is manufactured from stainless steel or is silver-plated. Some catering flatware is gold or gold-plated, however this type is usually hard to find and expensive to rent.
Drinkware includes a variety of glasses used to consume liquid beverages including: cocktail, wine, and champagne glasses, goblets, and beverage glasses. Catering drinkware is available in glass, durable plastic or delicate crystal.
